What I can help with

How quotes work

Email your goals, approximate page count, required features and preferred timing. A written quote will specify deliverables, currency, total fees, payment stages, revision allowance, third-party costs and estimated schedule before any payment. There is no fixed public package price.

Hosting, domains, paid tools, ongoing maintenance and additional work are included only if stated in the quote. Availability is confirmed project by project; this page is not a promise of immediate capacity or 24/7 support.

02 · Delivery

Agree, build, review, hand over.

We agree the scope and acceptance criteria in writing. You supply or approve content and assets you have permission to use. Work is shared through a preview for the agreed revision rounds, then handed over digitally with the files, access and instructions specified in the quote.

Timing depends on the agreed scope and timely feedback. Changes to scope, fees or schedule require written agreement. Ownership, third-party licences, final payment and any maintenance period are defined before work begins. AI-assisted implementation may be used with human review; confidential material is not submitted to AI services without prior agreement.

03 · Cancellation & refunds

Clear terms before payment.

Delivery, cancellation and refund conditions for each project are set out in the written quote and agreed by both parties before payment. To request cancellation or a refund, contact aryipc@gmail.com. Applicable statutory consumer rights are not affected.

04 · Privacy policy

Your enquiry stays about your project.

Website services are provided by Shing Yip Chong, an individual trading publicly as JohnChong. Contact: aryipc@gmail.com. Any additional required contracting details are provided with the quote. No company registration or payment-provider approval is claimed.

This page has no enquiry form, payment integration or Ask John widget. Clicking the email link opens your mail application. Emails may contain your name, address, requirements and attachments; they are used to answer enquiries, prepare quotes and manage agreed work. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or sensitive personal documents.

The site host and email provider process information needed to deliver their services, which may include technical connection data. Existing language and theme preferences are stored in your browser. The dedicated /from-stripe entry and its public-page subpaths use anonymous Vercel Web Analytics with query strings and fragments removed. Public navigation preserves that prefix without a visitor ID or session history. It identifies use of those links, not a verified Stripe employee. Direct /services.html visits are not reported. Browser-local owner opt-out remains available at /#analytics-opt-out. No new tracking cookies or identifiers are introduced here.

Project and correspondence records are retained only as needed for enquiries, delivery, accounting and legal obligations. Contact the email above to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable retention requirements. Retention depends on the record purpose and applicable obligations; no single fixed duration is represented here. Enquiry data is not sold or used to enrol you in a mailing list.

There is currently no payment collection on this page. If a payment provider is enabled later, its identity, processing practices and applicable privacy notice will be disclosed before payment. Removing the portfolio link will not remove support obligations or agreed terms for existing customers.

如何報價

請以電郵提供目標、大約頁數、所需功能和期望時間。付款前提供書面報價，列明交付項目、幣種、總費用、付款階段、修改次數、第三方費用及預計時間；目前不設固定公開套餐價格。

主機、網域、付費工具、持續維護及額外工作，僅在報價列明時包含。逐項確認接單時間，不承諾即時開始或全天候支援。

02 · 交付安排

確認、製作、審閱、交接。

先書面確認範圍及驗收標準。你提供或批准有權使用的內容與素材；製作期間透過預覽進行約定次數的修改，再以數位方式交付報價列明的檔案、存取權及使用說明。

時間取決於約定範圍和及時回饋。範圍、費用或時間變更須書面確認；開始前約定成果權利、第三方授權、尾款及維護期。可使用 AI 輔助實作並由人工審閱；未經事先同意，不向 AI 服務提交機密資料。

03 · 取消與退款

付款前確認清楚。

每個項目的交付、取消及退款條件，會在書面報價中列明，並在付款前由雙方確認。如需取消或提出退款申請，請聯絡 aryipc@gmail.com。適用的法定消費者權利不受影響。

04 · 隱私政策

只為處理你的項目需求。

網站服務由 Shing Yip Chong 以個人身份提供，對外品牌為 JohnChong，聯絡電郵為 aryipc@gmail.com。其他必要締約資料隨報價提供；不聲稱已完成公司註冊或支付平台審核。

此頁不含詢價表單、付款整合或 Ask John。電郵連結會開啟你的郵件程式；來信可能包含姓名、電郵地址、需求和附件，用於回覆、報價及管理約定工作。請勿寄送密碼、付款卡資料或敏感身份文件。

網站主機及郵件服務商會處理提供服務所需的資料，可能包括技術連線資料。瀏覽器保留現有的語言與主題偏好；專用 /from-stripe 入口及其公開頁面子路徑使用匿名 Vercel Web Analytics，移除查詢字串及片段，公開頁面導覽會保留前綴，但不建立訪客識別碼或個人瀏覽紀錄；只表示使用該組連結，不代表已確認 Stripe 員工身份。直接開啟 /services.html 不上報；可透過 /#analytics-opt-out 排除本人瀏覽器。不新增追蹤 Cookie 或識別碼。

項目及往來記錄僅按詢價、交付、會計及法律義務需要保留；可透過上述電郵申請查閱、更正或刪除，但須遵守適用保留要求。保留時間取決於記錄用途及適用義務，此處不聲稱單一固定期限。不出售詢價資料或自動加入行銷名單。

此頁目前不收款；日後如啟用支付服務，會在付款前披露服務商、處理方式及適用隱私說明。移除作品集入口不會取消對既有客戶的支援義務或已約定條款。
